Core Tackle Ozark Rig

The Core Tackle Ozark Rig gives traditional Texas-rigged soft plastics a completely different look on the fall while eliminating the need for a separate bullet weight.

Instead of concentrating the weight at the nose of the bait, the Ozark Rig distributes weight along the hook shank. This balanced design allows creature baits to glide naturally through the water while giving worms a distinctive wobbling action as they fall.

The hook is designed to maintain an upward orientation during the fall, helping keep the hook point positioned for solid hookups. Its streamlined design also allows anglers to cast or pitch soft plastics into cover without the separate bullet weight used on a traditional Texas rig.

Pair the Ozark Rig with worms, craws, beaver-style baits, and other soft plastics when you want a different fall and presentation around docks, laydowns, vegetation, and other cover.
