RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Brannan's Bass Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we may accept returns subject to the following conditions.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or closeout items
• Food products
• Live bait
• Gift cards

Additionally, rods, reels, and electronics that have been used, mounted, spooled, registered, or altered are not eligible for return unless determined to be defective.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In certain cases, defective merchandise may be eligible for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Brannan's Bass Shop. Photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

• A shipping error made by Brannan's Bass Shop
• An incorrect item shipped by Brannan's Bass Shop
• A verified defective product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brannan's Bass Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Brannan's Bass Shop.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
