The Shimano Nexave A Spinning Combo pairs the redesigned Nexave FJ spinning reel with a versatile two-piece rod to create a dependable, easy-to-transport setup for a wide range of freshwater fishing applications.
The Nexave FJ reel features Shimano's G-Free Body design, which positions the reel's center of gravity closer to the angler's hand to help reduce fatigue and improve balance. An Anti-Twist Fin helps manage line during the retrieve for improved line control and fewer line-management issues.
Each combo includes a two-piece, Fast-action spinning rod for convenient transportation and storage. A combination cork and EVA grip provides a comfortable feel for long days on the water.
The Nexave A lineup ranges from a 5'6" Ultra Light setup paired with a 1000-size reel to a 7' Medium Heavy configuration paired with a C3000HG, giving anglers options for everything from light-line presentations to heavier freshwater applications.
