The Abu Garcia Max SX Baitcast Combo delivers MAXimum performance in a lightweight, balanced setup built for serious bass anglers. Designed for smooth casting, strong drag power, and all-day comfort, this combo blends premium reel features with a responsive graphite rod.

The Max SX reel features a 7+1 bearing system for smooth operation and refined casting performance. Built with a lightweight A-Sym graphite frame and sideplates, it maintains strength while reducing fatigue. Duragear™ brass gearing ensures long-term durability, while the Power Disk™ drag system delivers up to 15 lb of consistent pressure. The MagTrax™ braking system improves casting control, and the 90mm aluminum handle with co-molded knobs provides comfortable leverage.

Matched with a 24-ton graphite rod, the combo offers excellent sensitivity and responsiveness for a wide range of techniques. High-density EVA split grips enhance comfort and control, while PVD-coated one-piece guides improve durability and casting performance.

With multiple configurations including right-hand, left-hand, and flipping switch options, the Max SX Combo is built to match your fishing style.
