The Storm Rattlin' Saltwater Chug Bug Topwater Popper is a larger-profile surface lure designed to call aggressive predators from long distances. Its cupped mouth spits and chugs water with every twitch, creating loud surface disturbance that mimics fleeing or struggling baitfish.
